The IDS Multi Parlour

The IDS Multiparlour offers complete flexibility to customers.  Units can be built to any dimensions, and are ideal for all types of pigs - farrowing, first stage, second stage, fattening or dry sow.

The Multi Parlour offers the complete turnkey solution for all housing requirements.  The Multi Parlour offers flexibility as it may be of any length and can be adapted to suit any number of pigs of any age.    The customer gains a complete production development tailored specifically for his needs.

The structure of the building is generally a standard portal steel frame.  The outer roof is of fibre cement sheeting or other similarly approved product, supported on galvanised steel purlines.  The wall panels used ensure ideal hygiene control.  All walls are constructed from sandwich panels.  Panels are made up of 80mm of high density polyurethane pumped between two skins.  The internal panel skin is of stainless steel on the lower panel.  External and upper skins - where there is no pig contact - are PVC coated steel.  The skins contain mini ribs which add strength to the overall panel.  The wall panels can be up to 12 metres long.
