Skov Farm Air Clean – Bio Modules — KOV has found the solution of how to effectively clean the outgoing air, emitted from livestock houses, of ammonia, odour and dust. The solution is a system for biological air cleaning, and it is the result of a research and development project over several years in co-operation with The National Committee for Pig Breeding, Health and Production, The Federation of Danish Pig Producers and Slaughterhouses and Århus University among others. Stienen KL-6000 Series - The KL-6000 climate computer controls the climate in 2, 5 or 10 rooms independent of each other. By the use of a large display with clear symbols and graphics, the actual situation in each room is readable in one look and adjustments can be made quickly. | Stienen AQC - Air Control Unit - The AQC-unit is the result of the efforts of STIENEN BE to offer a robust air control unit which statisfies all the wishes of the present-day and the future in pig breeding The AQC-unit measures and controls the ventilation capacity from 0,5 m/s air speed and is usable as measuring and control unit in central exhaust systems and as measuring and damper unit under ventilation sockets. Stienen MFC fan controllers - The fan controller controls the fans that are connected so as to maintain the set temperature. The temperature is measured via the temperature sensor supplied, which should be mounted in the room. Furthermore, each MFC features a mains switch with a by-pass, allowing for the fans to be switched directly to the mains voltage in case of a calamity. Because not all situations are alike, the fan controller is available in various versions. To make it easy for you to choose, the properties of the various controllers have been listed in the diagrams and table below so that you can readily see which controller is most suitable for your situation. | Stienen Natural ventilation NVR-1/P - The NVR-1 ventilation controller is designed to control an inlet valve or curtain in houses with natural ventilation based on room temperature. Depending on the measured temperature and the adjusted “delay” time, the air inlet will be further closed or opened. In case of an fast temperature drop of more than 2 degrees, (lightning) the inlet is closed rapidly. The NVR-1P also has the possibility to control the heating. (view brochure) |
Stienen KKC climate computer for natural ventilation - The KKC climate control computer controls the climate in animal houses with natural ventilation. They may be fitted with fans which switch on if natural ventilation is inadequate. The KKC can control inlets in 4 separate zones independently of each other. In combination with a weather station, the KKC controlles the position of the inlets in a way that the inlet at the wind side of the building is further closed to avoid to much influence at climate inside. In combination with the optical rain sensor, the KKC makes sure that no rain will enter the house trough the inlets. | Stienen AM-6 alarm panel - The AM-6 features 6 contact inputs to connecting an emergency thermostat, a line voltage pilot or an error contact of the climate control system. Every alarm input can be switched off separately and is provided with active signal lights. This makes it possible to see at a glance if a group is at rest (light out), in alarm (light on) or switched off (light blinking) Because of the memory function, the alarm signal light will be lighted until the panel is reset manually. This way, malfunctions which occur rarely, can be traced out more easily. An alarm is also generated when the main power supply is lost. (view brochure) |
Stienen EGM-100 winch motor 24V - The EGM-100a winch motor is specially designed for controlling air inlets in pig and poultry houses. This motor is equipped with a strong brushless 24 V motor which guarantees a long life. Setting the minimum and maximum open/close position and establishing the electric connections, are done without opening the motor. Consequently, the motor remains totally waterproof. The EGM-100 also controls its own pulling strained. If the connect load is to much, the motor will automatically generates an overload alarm to avoid damage. (view brochure) |

These strong winch motors are equipped with internal end switches to adjust the maximum open/close position of the inlets.
